So much for a banana? I actually hate that fruit. Nonetheless the article was really good and interesting. But one thing is for sure, I wouldn’t be sad if my next generation stopped eating this fruit for any reason, coz I hate it. I admit, I am being selfish. Lols!

The great banana symbolizes manhood. It’s a masculine gender that speaks itself. When I read ur comment on this full of information and tast article, I was taken about, and asked myself why this lady is hating this age-old fruit so much, while there is also account of the gracious fruit in our holy scriptures, and in the absence of which there are our many Pujas or worships that cannot be performed. Anyway, the article is quite good and informative, and really and undoubtedly, banana is one of my best fruit, and i think, it is the food of those empty stomachs those want to keep themselves hale and hearty.

The urban poor especially in India, make do with a bun and a couple of bananas as a meal when they don’t have too much money to spare. This in itself is a stark reminder of how important and nutritious the Banana is ;). Banana’s have been around for ages, they will tide over the latest Panama Disease as well.

Banana is anyways a healthy fruit as advocated by the practitioners of good health. It even helps battle mental depression as a recent study revealed. Thus we are surely going to miss the Yellow fruit for reasons one many and here’s hoping that what Jay said comes true.
