A book will definitely make me sleep, more so if it as one that i study in engineering school. Lolz.,.,.,meanwhile i really don’t understand why people don’t get proper sleep. A tiring day gets everyone good sleep. Imho people who do almost nothing all day are the ones complaining about not being able to doze off.

Infact too think that its a petty thing unless we sit down start to think why on earth arent we getting sleep? And the lazybones r d one who goin to find time to think these absurd thing.... have u ever wondered why a daily wage earner never complains of sleep disorder? I feel one doesn’t need any tip if he’s had a good day and did lots of workout. If u keep lazying out,are stressed out then 100 such tips will fail to help u catch sound sleep.

I think one warm bath and a glass of hot chocolate can send anyone straight to bed and on days even eating a lot makes you want to do nothing but sleep and snooze till the intestines have done their work. Although I will not recommend these exercises, they are clearly not healthy!
